What You'll Do:

  • Develop a good understanding of our services and our clients to understand their needs
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities for new products
  • Assist the technology team with product planning and roadmap (including product design, development, testing, and launch)
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to explore ways to improve and expand our current product offering
  • Become a qualitative and quantitative expert on our clients and their use of our products and services
  • Work with developers to test features and projects before deployment
  • Translate product requirements into clear, actionable tickets and user stories


Requirements

Who You Are:

Our Product and Engineering team is very high performing and self motivated - you should be too.

  • 4+ years Product Management experience in client-centered environments
  • Self-motivated and happy to manage your own workload
  • Innovative in your approach, you enjoy transforming loosely defined problems into elegant solutions
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for documenting crisp and thorough product requirements
  • Possess strong analytical skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating unfamiliar websites and adept at basic technology troubleshooting
  • Adaptable and experienced in Remote and Cross-Functional settings, effectively collaborating with Engineers, Designers, Analysts, and other business stakeholders
  • Embody and reflect the STAT culture and values in both thought and practice: Strategic, Nimble, Inquisitive, Proactive, Empathetic, Straightforward
