Job summary

WEB-TPA, Inc. is seeking a Specialist III to support the product management portfolio as the SME and primary analyst for product workflows.

You will serve as a technical analyst for the Product Management team, coordinating with diverse stakeholders to drive product performance and lifecycle success. The role emphasizes collaboration across legal, actuarial, compliance, service care, pharmacy, and other teams, delivering analysis and cross-functional memos to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

3+ years of product design/management experience.
Bachelor’s degree or related equivalent work experience.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
Ability to relate market trends to enterprise strategies.

Responsibilities

Support SLAs with internal business partners seeking product insight/direction.
Deliver routine analyses to understand product performance and competitiveness; propose solutions.
Assist with transition of products from development to management and post-launch support.
Analyze enrollment and pricing trends to support product lifecycle management.
Report competitor trends and coordinate cross-functional actions.
Provide market/segment needs communication and oversight.
Assist initiatives for retention, enrollment, network and forecasting.
