Job summary

GuideWell, a Florida Blue company, seeks a Specialist III to support the management of the product portfolio as the SME and primary contact for workflows. You will act as the technical analyst for the Product Management team, delivering insights and coordinating across departments.

Responsibilities include SLAs with partners, product performance analysis, and lifecycle management support, while collaborating with Legal, Actuarial, Compliance, and Sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design/management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Broad thinker with ability to relate business trends to enterprise strategies.
• Excellent oral and written communication and consultative approach with multi levels across the business.
• Ability to analyze market dynamics and implications for strategy.
• Understanding of Health Care industry and related federal/state laws.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME/point of contact for workflows within Product Management.
• Execute/support SLAs with internal partners for product insight/direction.
• Provide routine analysis of product performance and input to competitiveness processes.
• Support transitions of products from development to management and post-launch issue resolution.
• Assist with enrollment and pricing trend analysis to support product performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on goals and communication.
