Selective Insurance is a midsized U.S. property and casualty insurer seeking a Senior Associate Lean Portfolio Management Analyst to support product transformation, agile planning, governance, and tool adoption.

You will partner with portfolio leaders to craft objectives and roadmaps, facilitate tailored workshops, and align business and IT through governance reviews. The role emphasizes collaboration and process improvement across functions.

Qualifikationen

• College degree preferred
• 2-3 years of business analysis or project management experience preferred
• 1+ years direct Agile Scrum or Kanban experience

Aufgaben

• Accountabilities for an assigned portfolio.
• Builds knowledge and champions product and agile principles.
• Supports governance including financial, benefit realization measures, and reporting.
• Supports creation of objectives and roadmaps aligned to strategy.
• Delivers tailored workshops to advance product maturity.
• Supports monthly portfolio governance reviews and removes blockers.
• Contributes to shifts from project accounting to product funding concepts.
• Promotes adoption of agile work management tools (AzureDevOps, TargetProcess, ApptioOne, SharePoint).
• May play the role of scrum master or product owner on an agile team.
• Owns/drives special projects (e.g., customer journey mapping)
