Florida Blue Group is seeking a Specialist III to support the management of the product portfolio as the SME and primary contact for workflows. The role acts as the technical analyst for the Product Management team and collaborates with cross-functional partners.

You will analyze product performance, support pricing trends, manage transitions from development to management, and help ensure timely market responses. Strong communication and a healthcare industry understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related work experience in Product design/management.
• Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Broad thinker with ability to relate business trends to enterprise strategies and opportunities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to consult across levels.

Responsabilités

• Execute/support SLAs with internal business partners seeking product insight/direction.
• Deliver routine analysis to understand product performance and support competitiveness decisions.
• Support transition of products from development to management and resolve post-implementation issues.
• Support product management analysis, enrollment and pricing trends to sustain product performance.
• Report competitor trends and coordinate cross-functionally for market response decisions.
• Provide support for market needs and forecast-related initiatives.
• Lead communication plans in coordination with segment strategy and vendor management.
