Selective Insurance seeks a Senior Associate Lean Portfolio Management Analyst to support product transformation across strategy, agile planning, governance, and tool adoption. You will advocate the product mindset, drive roadmaps, and collaborate with IT and business teams to realize value.

Responsibilities include governance, reporting, and workshop facilitation, with potential scrum master or product owner duties on agile teams and special project delivery.

Formación

• College degree preferred
• 2-3 years business analysis or project management experience preferred
• 1+ years direct Agile Scrum or Kanban experience

Responsabilidades

• Accountabilities for an assigned portfolio
• Builds knowledge and is a champion of product and agile principles, practices, and competencies
• Supports portfolio leaders in governance including financial, benefit realization measures, and reporting
• Supports creation of objectives and roadmaps aligned to strategy
• Co-facilitates tailored workshops to advance product maturity
• Supports monthly portfolio governance reviews to ensure alignment across business and IT
• Contributes to adopting agile work management tools (AzureDevOps, TargetProcess, ApptioOne, SharePoint, templates, Excel)
• May play the role of scrum master or product owner on a dedicated agile team
• Owns/drives special projects (e.g. customer journey mapping)
