Pacific Life Insurance Company is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst for Product Portfolio Management & Governance to support governance, portfolio reporting, and stage-gate administration.

This role coordinates across Life and Annuity Product Delivery Teams to ensure consistent execution and informed decisions. The position offers opportunities to drive process improvements, collaborate with senior leaders, and contribute to risk management and audit readiness in a dynamic Product Development

Qualifications

• 5 years of business analysis, project coordination, or portfolio management experience.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to track and manage progress across multiple projects, deliverables, and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and PM software such as Planview or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Product Development portfolio activities across Life and Annuity projects.
• Establish and administer product portfolio schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Track action items and risks to ensure timely decision-making and execution.
• Facilitate governance meetings and communications across teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare executive dashboards and portfolio updates.
