Job summary

Tecolote Research, Inc. is seeking a Product Management Support Lead to help with DHS Component’s order product review/tracking and license maintenance. The role focuses on RIP reviews, pricing alignment, and updating trackers while ensuring compliance and forecasting accuracy.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience with the ability to obtain an active Secret clearance. On-site Arlington, VA work with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional work experience.
• Ability to obtain an active Secret clearance and DHS Suitability.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to perform duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Review Requests to Initiate Purchase (RIPs) for conformance and recommend revisions.
• Confirm GSA-listed pricing and SIN utilization on GSAAdvantage!®.
• Track RIPs, align part numbers, quantities, and pricing with historical data for renewals.
• Update Master License Tracker and SOP for RIP review; support license procurement forecasting.
• Maintain the RIP and contract trackers; respond to data calls; back up COR support.
