Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks an experienced Product Manager Leader for the OCMC in Richardson, TX. You will oversee a team responsible for growing and executing the portfolio, ensuring on-time delivery and cost targets.

You will partner with Operations, PMOs, and Supply Chain to align factory execution with business goals, driving growth and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and Lean/Six Sigma experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years in PM or manufacturing ops.
• Experience driving financial performance, cost reduction, budgeting.
• Experience leading daily team operations.
• Six Sigma, Lean, CORE, diagnostics, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Product Management team to drive customer satisfaction and align cross-functional plans.
• Balance customer commitments with operational excellence in a high-mix environment.
• Collaborate with Operations, PMOs, and Supply Chain to align factory plans and drive growth.
• Monitor portfolio health across demand, schedule, quality, and cost.
