Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Management Manager in Westford, MA to lead airborne EO/IR sensor programs from development to sustainment. You will manage cost, schedule, and technical execution while guiding a multi-disciplinary team in a matrix environment.

You will drive risk and opportunity management, own P&L on projects, and develop cost proposals. Expect travel up to 10% and collaboration across RTX and supplier networks.

Qualifications

• University degree required or advanced degree with 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with EVMS, EACs and IMP/IMS is preferred.
• Strong business communication, leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage program cost, schedule and technical execution to meet deliverables.
• Lead a multi-disciplined team in a matrix environment.
• Perform risk and opportunity management to minimize risk.
• Be accountable for profit and loss and review financial metrics.
• Develop and review cost proposals and conduct management reviews.
• Interface with internal partners and external suppliers/customers.
