Job summary

Advantech USA is seeking a Supervisor, Product Management in our Tustin, CA campus. You will lead a team of Product Managers within the ACG(ODM/Server) product group and direct the portfolio strategy, roadmap, and successful concept-to-launch execution.

You will mentor PMs, establish best practices, translate market needs into actionable plans, and partner with senior leadership to align roadmaps globally. This hands-on leadership role focuses on growing the PM team and delivering profitable

Qualifications

7+ years as a Product Manager or similar in tech/embedded/server sectors.
7+ years managing manufacturing partners across regions/time zones with cross-functional coordination.
Experience leading Product Managers or cross-functional teams.
Proven track record launching hardware products from concept to delivery.
Knowledge of product planning, market analysis, and roadmaps in tech/embedded/server domains.
Experience with Agile development and project management tools.
Translating data and market insights into product and business decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Product Managers, setting goals and evaluating performance.
Establish product management best practices, including NPI processes and documentation standards.
Translate customer/market needs into specs, roadmaps, and business cases.
Monitor market trends and guide product strategy for embedded/server domains.
Define ODM product strategy with senior leadership to align roadmaps globally.
Prioritize features, allocate resources, and manage portfolio for profitability.
Oversee end-to-end NPI from concept to launch within timelines and quality.
Review requirements and technical specs produced by the team.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve escalations to prevent delays.
Drive alignment with engineering, operations, marketing, and sales.
Provide updates to senior leadership on status and challenges.
Guide market research on customer needs and competitive dynamics.
