Advantech USA is seeking a Senior Product Manager, ODM, to lead the development and lifecycle management of custom computing products from concept through mass production. You will align customers, engineering, operations, and global teams to deliver reliable, profitable products with strong technical trade-offs and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, CS, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in product/program management or systems engineering in tech/embedded computing.
• Strong marketing, business development, and go-to-market planning knowledge.
• Financial acumen in pricing, margins, and commercial terms.
• Experience guiding custom-designed products through NPI to MP lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer/market needs into product specs, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Monitor embedded computing trends to guide strategy and identify growth.
• Own product cost, pricing, margins, and commercial terms; assess NRE and tooling.
• Lead negotiations with customers and suppliers balancing technical and business terms.
• Present strategy, trade-offs, and status to customers and leadership.
• Manage end-to-end custom product lifecycle from concept to obsolescence.
• Drive system-level design, architecture, validation, and regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and sales.
