SOPREMA USA seeks an experienced Marketing and Product Management leader to drive strategy across roofing, waterproofing, insulation, and building envelope solutions. You will mentor the department, guide product management for all lines, and ensure day-to-day operations align with growth goals.

The role includes market pricing with executives, developing selling collateral with marketing, and training sales teams, while maintaining close collaboration with sales, marketing, product management

Competenze

• 7+ years of marketing experience with increasing responsibility.
• MBA or Master’s in Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Highly skilled communicator (written and verbal).
• Experience leading teams (internal, external, and remote).
• Exceptional problem-solver with proactive collaboration across levels.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Experience in roofing/construction is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage and mentor the department; fulfill Product Management duties for all lines.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the department.
• Develop deep product knowledge: manufacturing, testing, application, etc.
• Perform competitive SWOT analyses and pricing insights against competitors.
• Provide sales support with collateral: Sell Sheets, PowerPoints, PDS.
• Assist in market pricing with senior executives; coordinate samples/demos.
• Train sales and others; communicate frequently across teams.
• Support strategic initiatives to grow value and profitability.
• Maintain alignment with sales, marketing, product management and executive teams.
