Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Product Management Manager to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design and business partners to deliver value-driven product strategies. You will translate business goals into epics and user stories, drive delivery, measure outcomes and mentor product managers.

Responsibilities include aligning roadmaps, removing impediments, communicating progress to leadership, and fostering a high-performance product organization across the enterprise product line.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in working as a Product Manager in a modern software development enterprise environment.
• Experience with agile methodologies, XP principles, paired programming, test driven development, and continuous deployment.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong communication with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience guiding junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Guides product strategy by translating business goals into product roadmaps and epics.
• Leads delivery by reviewing solutions, removing roadblocks and ensuring alignment with priorities.
• Mentors and coaches Product Managers; collaborates with Engineering, UX, and other teams.
• Communicates progress to leadership and stakeholders; manages expectations across teams.
