Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Product Management Manager to lead a team of product managers shaping developer tooling, workflows, and platform capabilities for our Engineering Experience portfolio.

You will drive product strategy, mentor managers, and collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Data Science to deliver value for associates and customers. This role emphasizes technical fluency and stakeholder influence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years directly managing product managers.
• Experience partnering with engineering/platform/developer tooling organizations.
• Strong technical fluency in developer workflows, platform architecture, CI/CD, or internal tooling.
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior technical and business leadership.
• Proficiency in identifying goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value.
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication across functional and technical teams at all levels.
• Experience guiding junior team members in Product Management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for enterprise engineering tools and platforms.
• Translate business goals into priorities and communicate direction to the product team and partners.
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to improve processes, UX, and efficiency.
• Lead delivery, ensure quality standards, and remove blockers to meet goals.
• Mentor Product Managers and develop top talent across the team.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Data Science to drive value and resolve impediments.
• Advocate for end users and stakeholders, aligning product priority with business value.
• Monitor progress and report updates to leadership on portfolio progress.
