Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in modern software development practices and agile methodologies (XP principles).
• Experience leading product teams in a software enterprise.
• Ability to communicate with executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap across enterprise products.
• Lead and mentor Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Translate business goals into product priorities and deliverables.
• Ensure quality, change control and timely delivery of product updates.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX and Business Partners to remove impediments.
• Communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.
