Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Product Management Manager to attract, retain and develop top talent, guiding cross-functional product teams to deliver value aligned with business needs. You will translate goals into product strategy and communicate priorities across the organization.

You will lead strategy and execution to boost sales, efficiency and customer satisfaction by delivering quality products and collaborating with developers, designers and business partners.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Experience in modern software development and enterprise environments
Experience guiding teams and product managers
Strong communication with executives and store associates

Responsibilities

Drive product strategy and execution to deliver business value and improve customer satisfaction
Lead cross-functional teams of developers and designers
Define epics and user stories; translate goals into product priorities
Monitor metrics and iterate based on learnings
Provide mentorship and leadership to Product Managers
Collaborate with engineering, UX, and business partners to remove roadblocks
