Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. seeks a Product Line Director for the AV EW Systems group. You will own the product line, guide programs from concept through production and sustainment, and manage performance, cost, and customer satisfaction with DoD customers.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional IPTs, aligning roadmaps with customer needs, and driving affordability and producibility initiatives while ensuring disciplined execution across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in defense programs, product line management, or program management.
• Demonstrated experience leading SIGINT/Cyber/EW/C-U systems developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of AV EW Systems product line across all program lifecycle phases.
• Manage budgets, EACs, forecasts, and margin performance.
• Interface with Army, NNSA, Air Force and other DoD customers to align requirements and delivery.
