Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Line Director for the AV EW Systems portfolio.

You will own the product line from concept through production, fielding, and sustainment, guiding technical roadmaps and executing programs in partnership with AV EW leadership, chief engineering, and business development to satisfy DoD customers. This role oversees budgets, schedules, risk, and customer satisfaction, leads cross-functional IPTs, and drives affordability and producibility

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or related field.
10+ years defense program experience.
Experience leading SIGINT/Cyber/EW/C-UAS developments.
Strong knowledge of EACs, program financials, earned value, and execution metrics.
Experience with U.S. Army, NNSA, USAF or other government customers.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams delivering complex systems.
Active U.S. Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

End-to-end execution of AV EW Systems product line across lifecycle: capture, development, integration, production, fielding, sustainment.
Manage cost, schedule, technical performance, and delivery commitments for programs.
Align roadmap and architecture with customer requirements and business strategy.
Lead cross-functional IPTs including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, contracts, and finance.
