AV is seeking an experienced Product Line Director (PLD) for the AV EW Systems group. The PLD will own the AV EW product line, oversee programs from concept to sustainment, and partner with executive teams to drive the technical roadmap while ensuring disciplined execution across all lifecycle stages.

The role requires leading cross-functional IPTs, managing schedules and budgets, and delivering mission-critical solutions for U.S. Government customers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering/physics/business).
• 10+ years in defense programs or program management.
• Experience leading SIGINT/Cyber/EW/C-UAS projects.
• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end AV EW Systems product line across all program lifecycle phases.
• Manage budgets, EACs, forecasts and margin performance.
• Engage with DoD customers (Army, NNSA, USAF) and other stakeholders.
• Drive roadmap, cost controls, risk management, and execution discipline.
