Job summary

AV is seeking an experienced Product Line Director (PLD) to own the AV EW Systems product line. You will drive end-to-end lifecycle management, program execution, and cross-functional leadership with a focus on delivering capabilities for U.S. Government customers.

You will partner with AV EW leadership to translate CONOPS into executable plans, oversee budgets, and ensure disciplined execution from concept through fielding and sustainment. A Top Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of defense programs, product line management, or program management experience.
• Experience leading SIGINT/Cyber/EW/C-U systems developments.
• Strong knowledge of EACs, program financials, earned value concepts, and execution metrics.
• Experience with U.S. Army, NNSA, U.S. Air Force, or other government customers.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams delivering complex systems.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of AV EW Systems product line through all lifecycle phases.
• Manage cost, schedule, technical performance and delivery commitments.
• Align roadmap with customer requirements and business strategy.
• Lead IPTs including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, contracts, and finance.
• Drive transition from development to production with supply chain readiness and quality assurance.
• Oversee sustainment planning, field support, and lifecycle cost reduction.
