Job summary

AV is seeking an experienced Product Line Director (PLD) for the AV EW Systems group. The PLD will own the product line and lead program execution from concept through sustainment, coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, and operations to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.

The role requires navigating DoD programs, managing budgets and risks, and delivering customer value. The PLD partners with AV EW leadership to drive the technical roadmap and interface with U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of defense program, product line, or program management experience.
• Proven experience with SIGINT/Cyber/ EW/ C-UAS developments.
• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• Experience with U.S. Army, NNSA, USAF or government customers.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams delivering complex systems.
• Strong knowledge of EACs, program financials, earned value concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of AV EW Systems product line across all lifecycle phases.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and margin performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to align roadmaps with customer requirements.
• Direct cross-functional IPTs including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, contracts, and finance.
• Interface with DoD customers for design reviews and program reviews.
• Oversee transition from development to production and sustainment.
