Job summary

AV is seeking an experienced Product Line Director (PLD) for the AV EW Systems group. The PLD will own the product line, help manage production programs, and drive lifecycle management from concept to sustainment.

This role interfaces with AV EW leadership, chief engineering, and business development to shape the technical roadmap while ensuring disciplined execution. The PLD will lead programs with DoD customers, oversee budgets and schedules, and manage risk and cost performance, while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of defense programs, product line management, or program management experience.
Demonstrated experience leading SIGINT/Cyber/EW/C-UAS developments.
Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
Experience with U.S. Army, NNSA, U.S. Air Force, and other DoD customers.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end execution of the AV EW Systems product line across all lifecycle phases (capture, development, production, fielding, sustainment).
Develop, manage, and monitor program budgets, EACs, forecasts, and margin performance.
Lead cross-functional IPTs including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, contracts, and finance.
Represent the AV EW product line in executive forums and coordinate with leadership on roadmap decisions.
