Job summary

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in product finance, FP&A, business operations, or a finance-focused product strategy role.
• Direct experience building or maturing a product P&L framework, pricing model, or end-of-life/lifecycle process is highly preferred.
• Cross-functional partnership across finance, supply chain, and product teams to influence pricing, margin, or portfolio decisions.
• Education in Finance/Business/Economics; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and roll out a standardized P&L framework for evaluating cost, margin, and profitability of devices or software offerings.
• Align component costs and pricing to margin targets using defensible financial data.
• Monitor financial performance: margin health, warranty drag, and upgrade subsidy costs; flag deviations to leadership.
• Collaborate to build rigorous, data-backed business cases for new investment, extension, or sunset decisions.
• Own the end-to-end design of EOL process, including trigger criteria and governance.
