Job summary

CMBG³ Law P.C. is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. You will manage complex case materials, anticipate attorneys’ needs, and contribute across all phases of litigation in state and federal courts.

Excellent judgment, communication, and organization are essential. You will support serious high-stakes matters across environmental, commercial, and complex litigation, with direct collaboration to attorneys and experts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience preferred.
• Strong familiarity with state and federal court procedures and terminology.
• Experience with case management and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Draft initial pleadings and notices of appearance for review.
• Review and summarize discovery responses across complex matters.
• Conduct factual investigations using public and proprietary resources.
• Maintain and update case management software with case developments.
• Coordinate subpoenas and record collection in compliance with rules.
• Prepare and organize trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness files.
• Support attorneys with hearings and trials, including cross-examinations.
