Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in California; additional licenses a plus.
• Experience range 0–7 years in litigation, preferably product liability or complex civil litigation.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and litigation documents.
• Prepare, analyze, and respond to written discovery with multiple parties.
• Develop case strategies and trial themes with mentorship and increasing autonomy.
• Research state and federal case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks.
• Prepare witnesses and corporate representatives for testimony in litigation and regulatory proceedings.
• Take and defend depositions of lay and expert witnesses.
