The role involves defending clients in high-stakes, complex litigation of national and international significance, with emphasis on aviation and transportation sectors.

The successful candidate will have strong writing and interrogation skills, experience guiding cases through all phases of litigation, and a client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills demonstrated by clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication.
• Experience managing cases and teams through all stages of litigation.
• Ability to manage complex cases with minimal oversight.
• Strong academic credentials and references.
• Willingness to commit to excellent client service and a client-centered practice.
• Comfort with analyzing complex legal issues including jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty law.

Responsibilities

• Defend clients in high-stakes, complex litigation matters with aviation and transportation focus.
• Manage cases and teams through all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motions, experts, and trial.
• Provide excellent client service and mentorship within the team.
