• Superior academic credentials and references.
• Willingness to commit to excellent client service and a client-centered practice.
• Comfort with analyzing complex legal issues, e.g., jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty law issues.
• Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level, is strongly preferred.
