Job summary

Freddie Mac seeks a senior Product leader to define and drive product strategy, operating model, and governance across a portfolio of risk technology products. You will mentor Product Owners, translate business needs into epics and roadmaps, and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, deliver measurable business outcomes, and present executive governance materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or related discipline required.
12+ years in Product Management or related tech leadership roles.
5+ years leading Product Owners, Business Analysts, or PMs.
Proven experience aligning tech with business strategy.
Experience building roadmaps, prioritization, and governance.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Product Lifecycle Management and delivery practices.
Experience creating executive presentations and governance materials.

Responsibilities

Define and drive product strategy, operating model, and governance for portfolio delivery.
Develop roadmaps and prioritize initiatives to maximize business value.
Lead Product Owners and cross-functional teams to successful delivery.
Provide transparent, data-driven reporting on product performance and risks.
Engage stakeholders and manage change across the enterprise risk technology portfolio.
Direct product health metrics, adoption measures, and value realization indicators.
