Job summary

Freddie Mac is seeking a Project Management Senior to join the Risk Strategy Execution team within the Single-Family Credit Risk Management Division. You will drive significant business projects, balance priorities, and ensure controls are observed from concept to deployment.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and deliver on project milestones while maintaining quality and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of professional project management experience with focus on business and strategy.
• Understanding Freddie Mac business and Single-Family Acquisitions.
• Prior Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent high-priority projects in various capacities.
• Strong verbal and written skills for effective meetings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scope and schedule for large projects or multiple smaller projects; plan and execute cross-functional rollout.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to carry out Go-To-Market functions and assess market requirements.
