Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into technology implementation.
• Experience with application testing (SIT and/or UAT).
• Proficiency with deployment tools such as JIRA and Git.
• Experience with product ownership and Agile SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance to the team in building, developing, or designing product functionality.
• Coordinate product and/or business owners across divisions or product lines, engineers, and platform teams to define business needs and advise on current capabilities, feature or data availability, and alternative uses.
• Guide and ensure the ongoing implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of existing products.
• Support the development of design strategies for new products.
• Act as team lead during the implementation process for new products.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and enhancements.
• Lead team members through the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Design data visualizations, technical documentation, and non-technical presentation materials to communicate product features, status, and high-impact solutions to business partners.
• Ensure product strategy is aligned with business objectives.
