Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead strategy, roadmaps, and execution for a strategic Genius portfolio. You will guide a team of Product Managers and partner with Engineering, UX, Sales and Customer Success to deliver market‑leading commerce experiences.

Qualifications

Typically 10+ years in product management, strategy, or related roles.
Minimum of 5 years leading Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
Experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks.
Experience with Point of Sale, digital ordering, commerce, hospitality technology.
Experience building scalable product management processes, operating models, or Product Development Lifecycle frameworks.
Experience collaborating with Engineering, UX, Design, Delivery, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations.
Experience presenting product strategy, roadmaps, and business outcomes to executive stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Product Managers for a portfolio of POS and digital commerce products.
Own the product strategy and roadmap for an integrated commerce portfolio that includes POS capabilities and customer-facing digital experiences.
Establish and continuously improve a scalable Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and product operating model.
Drive the transition from a custom-request-driven roadmap toward a strategic, product-led roadmap informed by market opportunities and user needs.
Lead the evolution of a connected commerce ecosystem across POS, self-service ordering, mobile apps, web ordering, and digital channels.
Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Product Delivery, and UX to define scalable, maintainable solutions balancing innovation, reliability, performance, and value.
Champion user experience modernization across operator-facing and customer-facing products.
Lead strategy and execution for modernization initiatives including mobile apps, self-service, digital ordering, and next-gen commerce experiences.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders; gather feedback and translate into roadmap decisions.
Develop a structured approach for market intelligence, customer insights, competitive analysis, and performance metrics.
