Job summary

PrizePicks seeks a strategic product leader to own a core pod, driving foundational systems for trust, monetization, compliance, and operations. You’ll direct multi-year roadmaps across Payments, Accounts & Fraud, or Responsible Gaming & Compliance, partnering with Finance, Risk, Legal, Ops, Engineering.

You will lead cross-functional teams to scale, reduce friction, and protect players and the business, while championing the pod’s priorities with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with leadership of a squad.
• Deep expertise in payments/monetization, fraud prevention/account security, or compliance/player protection.
• Proven ability to ship complex, cross-functional products with meaningful business metrics.
• Strong people leadership, mentoring PMs and building team culture.
• Strategic thinking with ability to balance competing priorities and tradeoffs.
• Experience in regulated industries (fintech, gaming, payments, healthcare).
• Mastery of web and mobile product experiences (Apple App Store and Google Play).

Responsibilities

• Own Pod Strategy & Vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Drive strategic tradeoffs between growth, trust, speed, compliance.
• Build for scale with scalable systems across states and payment methods.
• Reduce friction and operational burden through tooling and automation.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Finance, Ops, CX, and Data teams.
• Champion the pod at scale and communicate progress to leadership.
