KRAFTON is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Commerce Platform to shape the direction of Payment and Wallet products used by players worldwide. You will identify problems, set strategy, and drive execution across markets and platforms, collaborating with engineering, design, finance, legal, and external partners to deliver reliable, scalable commerce experiences.

Competenze

8+ years of Product Management experience in gaming, digital content, commerce, fintech, payments, or platform products.
Experience with commerce, payments, wallets, billing, marketplaces, subscriptions, or other transaction-based products.
Experience defining the direction of a new or developing product and leading the full product lifecycle from problem definition through launch and operations.
Experience balancing user experience, business goals, technical constraints, and operational risks.
Experience launching and improving products in collaboration with engineering, design, business, operations, finance, legal, and security teams.
Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple countries or globally distributed organizations and building alignment around product direction and key decisions.
Proficient in Korean and English, with the ability to collaborate and write documentation in both languages.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Willingness and ability to travel to Korea as needed.

Help define the direction and long-term roadmap for Commerce products, including Payment and Wallet.
Identify the user and business problems that our products need to solve and clarify the core value they should provide.
Establish product principles and operating standards that enable consistent and reliable Commerce experiences across markets and platforms.
Understand the purchasing experience of players and the workflows of game studios and operations teams, and translate those insights into product improvement opportunities.
Lead the full product lifecycle, from problem definition, strategy, and requirements gathering through development, launch, operations, and continuous improvement.
Improve product usability and transaction experiences to build a Commerce environment that players and game studios can trust.
Work closely with engineering, design, business, operations, finance, legal, security, and compliance teams to drive product direction and key decisions.
Collaborate with global payment providers, Payment Service Providers, platform operators, and other external partners to ensure that products operate reliably in real-world service environments.
Define metrics that measure product performance and user experience, and continuously improve the products based on data and user feedback.
Bring a North American market perspective to global product decisions by understanding the needs of local customers and the regional business environment.
