Job summary

Trustly is seeking a senior Product Manager to own the strategy for risk decisioning and collections platforms, aligning with risk, data science, compliance, and legal. You will guide real-time scoring, latency, and end-to-end workflows, ensuring regulatory and business requirements are met across multiple teams.

You will lead and grow a team of product managers and operations staff, shaping the product roadmap while partnering with Risk Engineering and Procurement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, incl. 5+ years leading risk/fraud/collections products
• Experience building real-time decisioning platforms with rules engines and model scores
• Experience shipping ML-driven products with data science teams
• Experience translating regulatory obligations into product requirements
• Experience leading multi-team planning: OKRs, headcount, budget, exec materials

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for risk decisioning and collections platforms
• Lead real-time decision engine latency, scoring paths, and rule authoring with versioning and rollback
• Representment, retry and recovery workflows, and vendor integrations within collections regulations
• Run operating rhythm for Data and Risk: governance, audits, and planning cadences
• Hire, manage and develop risk and collections product managers and staff
