PrizePicks is seeking a strategic product leader to own a core pod, driving foundational systems for trust, monetization, compliance, and operations. You will partner with Finance, Risk, Legal, Ops, and Engineering to shape a scalable, compliant platform in a fast-growing DFS company.

Your 5+ years in product management, payments/monetization expertise, and leadership will guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact innovations while protecting players and regulatory standing.

Competenze

• 5+ years in product management with ownership of a squad or pod.
• Deep expertise in at least one area: payments/monetization, fraud prevention/account security, or compliance/player protection.
• Proven ability to ship complex, cross-functional products that move meaningful business metrics.
• Strong people leadership: mentoring PMs, building culture and accountability.
• Strategic thinker able to balance competing priorities and tradeoffs.
• Experience in regulated industries (fintech, gaming, payments, healthcare).
• Mastery of web and mobile product experiences (Apple App Store and Google Play).

• Navigate growth vs. trust, speed vs. compliance, and UX vs. operational burden.
• Architect scalable systems across states, payment methods, and user volumes.
