Qualifications

• BA or BS in Engineering required.
• 10+ years in Product Management/Engineering Leadership.
• Deep understanding of high-speed optical transceivers.
• Familiarity with hyper scale and switch/ASIC ecosystems.
• Data-driven decision making and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and gross margins for the product lines.
• Lead design-win opportunities and customer engagement plans.
• Manage PLC and lifecycle across product lines.
• Coordinate with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal.
• Develop and manage budgets, ROIC, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Translate customer needs into profitable product offerings.
