Job summary

Coherent Corp. in Santa Clara is seeking a seasoned Product Leader to define the Cloud segment vision and guide the end-to-end product lifecycle. This role requires strategic thinking, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering valuable cloud-based offerings.

You will work with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure high-quality products are brought to market on time, and you will own the P&L, pricing, and GTM strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering required.
• MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate long-term Cloud product vision and value proposition aligned with strategy.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and sunset.
• Lead cross-functional teams with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal and partners to deliver on time.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop GTM strategies and enablement materials.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to translate needs into requirements.
• Prioritize features using data, customer insight, and business impact.
• Own product financials: forecasting, pricing, and profitability.
• Influence priorities through storytelling and strategic rationale.
