• 10+ years of product management or platform leadership experience.
• Proven success shaping enterprise-scale platform strategy.
• Deep expertise in data platforms or AI-enabled delivery.
• Fluent in advising senior leaders on platform governance and adoption.
• Strong ability to develop future platform product leaders.
• Balances strategic vision with operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-domain platform strategy aligning engineering priorities and enterprise needs.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities to improve reuse, governance, and developer productivity.
• Shape long-term roadmaps including migration and AI-first operating model evolution.
• Create narratives and decision frameworks to guide platform investments.
• Serve as a recognized expert and partner with senior engineers on platform tradeoffs.
• Influence standards for reusable capabilities and adoption metrics.
• Advise leaders on strategy, discovery, and AI-first delivery maturity.
• Lead cross-cutting initiatives without large-team ownership.
• Represent platform strategy in executive forums.
• Coach and develop platform product talent with reusable frameworks.
