Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape strategy and execution for digital products that support multiple lines of business, including patient intake, scheduling, and revenue management. This role drives a cohesive roadmap, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.

You will lead initiatives from ideation through launch, collaborate with engineering, design, and operations, and ensure rapid iteration based on feedback and data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in tech/SaaS.
• Experience with Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to drive product development and launch.
• Own delivery of roadmap features and milestones, including requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Lead or partner with an Associate Product Manager as needed.
• Define KPIs and monitor performance to inform future decisions.
