Job summary

Wayfair seeks a senior product leader to own a cross-functional portfolio of customer communications. You will shape a 12–18 month roadmap connecting company, customer, and commercial priorities to drive engagement, delivery quality, and reduced unsubscribe risk.

You will drive end-to-end content experiences across email, push, SMS, and new channels, with AI-powered personalization and scaled delivery. The role requires leadership across Marketing, Analytics, ML Science, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience across complex products or platforms, including experience leading or developing Product Managers and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven track record setting product direction and delivering measurable outcomes across complex platforms or connected systems.
• Experience in developing ML model-based products to drive business outcomes.
• Experience across several areas: customer communications, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or messaging channels like email, push, and SMS.
• Content management, templates, personalization, campaign management, and marketer-facing tools.
• High-volume batch processing, message delivery, channel integrations, and platform modernization.
• Analytics, attribution, customer segmentation, experimentation, and engagement or decisioning models.
• Platform reliability, privacy, consent, suppression, and compliance in customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Set the product strategy for customer communications. Own a 12–18 month portfolio roadmap aligning priorities to outcomes.
• Advance the end-to-end content experience for customer communications across email, push, SMS, and emerging channels, including AI-assisted optimization.
• Evolve self-service, event-triggered campaigns for marketers to configure, launch, and manage journeys.
• Automate campaign decisions and workflows at scale with model-driven audience/content selection and send timing decisions.
• Turn communications into a learning system by establishing measures and partnering with Marketing, Analytics, and ML Science to improve content and journeys.
• Translate complex needs into clear product plans; lead discovery with stakeholders, define outcomes, manage dependencies, and coach Product Managers.
