Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Commercial Services LLC seeks a Senior Manager to lead Leo's network infrastructure roadmap, spanning security, performance, reliability, ground infrastructure, and embedded software across customer terminals and satellite vehicles.

You will drive prioritization, build a high-impact team, and partner with engineering and business leaders to deliver on a unified Leo vision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of team management experience.
• 7+ years of experience in technical product management, network engineering, or infrastructure program leadership.
• Deep career experience in networking—expertise in IP networking, SDN, routing/switching, network security, or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products.
• Experience communicating complex technical information to executives and non-technical leaders.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships at VP/Director level, with ability to earn trust and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Own and define Leo's multi-year network infrastructure roadmap, including security, performance, reliability, ground infrastructure, and embedded software.
• Set priorities and trade-offs across competing workstreams to balance performance, reliability, and delivery velocity.
• Lead and develop a team of product experts with a customer-centric focus and strong technical depth.
• Build trust with engineering, business, and Leo leadership through data-driven recommendations and transparent delivery.
• Drive embedded software product strategy for customer terminals and satellite vehicles with hardware/firmware teams.
• Prepare strategic narratives, investment proposals, and roadmaps for executive decision-making.
• Represent Leo network infrastructure in planning meetings and executive reviews, articulating priorities, risks, and resource needs.
