Job summary

Genentech, a Roche subsidiary, seeks a Senior Product Leader to define and execute the strategy for lab workflows, research data, and AI/ML enablement. You will partner with scientists, operations, and engineering to deliver data-driven capabilities that accelerate discovery and ensure data quality and reproducibility.

You will own the roadmap spanning study design, data acquisition, processing, and insights, leading cross-functional delivery in a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product leadership in life-sciences R&D (biotech/pharma, CRO, or research tech).
• Demonstrated AI product leadership in scientific research.
• Experience translating scientific needs into prioritized AI/ML product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own an integrated workflow, data, and AI product strategy with a multi-year roadmap.
• Define product requirements for ingestion, processing, QC, metadata, and provenance.
• Lead AI product discovery, prioritization, and translation into epics and success criteria.
• Drive governance, interoperability, and data stewardship across platforms and teams.
