Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in product management, data, AI, or software.
• Proven ability to drive strategic and tactical execution with data products.
• Strong technical fluency with big data, SQL, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision for forecasting data products and AI integration aligned with company goals.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle for forecasting and AI data products with backlog prioritization.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, and Analysts to drive adoption and value.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize complex demand across units.
• Establish data quality frameworks and govern data standards enterprise-wide.
• Guide architecture decisions including data mesh, data fabric, and semantic layers.
• Monitor adoption, ROI, and drive data-driven improvements across squads.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR) with Legal and Privacy teams.
