Genentech, part of the Roche family, seeks a Quality Excellence Lead to drive global Quality Infrastructure, data governance, and AI-enabled quality technology adoption. You will shape strategies, oversee compliance, and transform metrics into strategic insights to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires a strong Quality Systems background, regulatory familiarity (GxP), and a collaborative leader who can scale initiatives across functions and geographies.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in scientific or quality field or equivalent.
• 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry and/or Quality Systems experience preferred.
• Background in quality systems management and regulatory environments (GCP/GVP/MDR/SaMD/RBQM).
• Hands-on digital literacy with AI/data analytics to optimize quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Shape the global Quality Infrastructure strategies to deliver efficiencies and productivity gains.
• Unlock data-driven decision-making by managing critical Quality data and translating metrics into insights.
• Pioneer innovative quality technologies and scale AI-enabled quality tools and digital methodologies.
• Lead strategic, system-wide changes with cross-functional governance to accelerate quality outcomes globally.
• Oversee end-to-end Quality System oversight, monitoring, and governance frameworks.
