Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr Manager, PM-T for Kindle Experience to own and reinvent how customers interact with Kindle apps and devices. You will guide cross-functional teams across engineering, design, research, and analytics to deliver strategic features that boost usage and engagement.

You will balance short-term wins with long-term bets while shaping a bold vision and collaborating with global teams. Proven leadership in product management and a data-driven approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of team management experience.
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Responsibilities

• Drive Kindle software vision and roadmap.
• Develop and evangelize strategies that grow the space – more active users and more usage.
• Develop and leverage partnerships across organizations.
• Co-develop new user experiences and the evolution of E-reader user experiences
• Serve as a key influencer in developing and auditing business strategy, contributing significantly to the overall Kindle strategy, customer engagement and analytics, and financial planning.
• Build a world-class product management team
• Lead cross-functional teams – engineering, design, research, science and other partner teams to deliver the right projects on time
• Role is global in nature will work with teams in other countries.
