Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with the Kindle team, delivering financial services for the product line, including controllership, multi-year planning, forecasts, and analytics for future products.

You will influence pricing, promotions and program economics, interact with executives, and drive reporting, automation, and insights across a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience.
• 5+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience.
• 5+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.
• 5+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science).
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience.
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience.

Responsabilités

• Compile and review financial results and operational plans, communicating results to leadership.
• Drive the core financial processes for the business, including three-year strategic plan, annual operating plans, and monthly/quarterly reporting and forecasting.
• Lead key analytical projects that assist and influence the business.
• Lead automation efforts of critical processes.
• Develop business insights and KPI dashboards.
