Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own our experimentation and digital analytics platforms. You will drive adoption across product, design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams, elevate self-serve experimentation, and ensure rigorous, data-driven decisions that align with GEICO's growth and customer outcomes.

You will lead platform strategy, governance, and measurement pipelines, partnering with data science and engineering leaders to scale insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, CS, Engineering) preferred.
10+ years of product management with platform/tools/data products across an organization.
Experience building, scaling, or leading experimentation programs or platforms (A/B testing, feature flags, causal measurement).
Strong analytical and statistical background with experimental design and inference.

Responsibilities

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for GEICO's experimentation and digital analytics platforms.
Drive adoption of self-service tools across product, design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams.
Define requirements, manage backlog, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
Define governance standards for experimentation to ensure rigorous, evidence-based decisions.
Collaborate with data science, engineering, and analytics leaders to design architecture and measurement pipelines.
