Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience building, scaling, or leading experimentation programs or platforms at scale.
• Strong analytical and statistical background with hands-on fluency in experimental design and inference.
• Proven track record of driving adoption of self-service tools across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for experimentation and digital analytics platforms.
• Drive adoption of tools across product, design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams.
• Enable self-service and automation of experiment design, instrumentation, execution, analysis, and reporting.
• Define and evolve governance for experimentation, including statistics, sample size, and metrics.
• Partner with data science, engineering, and analytics leaders to define architecture and measurement pipelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle for platform capabilities.
• Conduct user research to identify friction points and opportunities to improve velocity and quality.
• Prioritize features based on user feedback, impact, and feasibility; manage backlog and delivery.
