Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for experimentation and analytics platforms.
• Drive adoption of tools across product, design, engineering, marketing, and analytics.
• Enable self-service design, instrumentation, execution, analysis, and reporting.
• Define governance for experimentation to ensure rigorous evidence-based decisions.
• Define architecture and measurement pipelines for scalable experimentation.
• Lead cross-functional teams from concept to launch and beyond.
• Identify friction points through user research and prioritize improvements.
